We are looking for a driven individual who knows how to create a fantastic first impression for our valued customers. Working with our experienced and motivated team in the Low Fell area, this is an excellent role for an experienced valuer to work in anoffice which covers a large geographic area.

It is essential you possess the knowledge and skill for both gaining and retaining business. If you have the spirit and desire to deliver a first class service, together with the drive to proactively generate instructions and increase market share we wouldlove to hear from you

You will benefit from a competitive basic salary and a clear and transparent commission structure, which will enable you to earn uncapped commission. Valuers are able to list properties for sale, rental and auction and have the ability to generate furthercommission from upselling additional income streams. With a range of fee packages available for valuers to use, alongside our commitment to offering a comprehensive marketing package to clients as well as additional hours services, you are able to offer anexceptional service to clients which no other agent in the Region is able to do.

A driving license and estate agency experience are essential for this position.
