DV Assist is the UK’s only charity specialising in arranging civil protection orders for victims of domestic abuse.

**Please note this post is open to women only under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 part 1**

A normal day would include:

- Speaking with victims sensitive cases on the phone.
- Inputting new referrals onto CRM
- Updating and maintaining electronic diary
- Obtaining relevant information from police.
- Processing documents
- Any other Admin duties on the following platforms; Excel, Outlook and Word

This role is more than just a job. Helping victims obtain the correct safeguarding to protect them from their abuser will provide you with a real sense of satisfaction and achievement.

- Minimum requirement GCSE Maths & English grade A*-C/9-4

Personal Qualities
- A good standard of GCSE attainment would be desirable.
