**Please note face to face delivery is a requirement of this role. This is not an online training opportunity.**

Are you a dynamic, motivational, and inspiring trainer with a passion for helping individuals enhance their wellbeing, employability, and digital skills? Sinclair Wellbeing and Training Solutions Ltd is seeking talented, highly skilled trainers to join our team and deliver workshops and one-to-one support for a variety of DWP contracts across the UK.
- Our trainer will be expected to deliver courses in person, and in various locations throughout the area and as such access to a car and driving licence are required. _

You will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and impactful sessions that focus on improving mental wellbeing, resilience, and digital skills, while also supporting individuals on their journey towards employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering engaging and interactive workshops and one-to-one sessions focused on employability, wellbeing, and digital skills.
- Supporting participants to improve their mental wellbeing, resilience, and digital skills while progressing towards and into work.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of engagement with diverse groups of individuals.
- Managing and updating action plans, reports, and other administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

**What We Need from You**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and empathize with customers.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with accurate reporting and administrative tasks.
- A self-starter who can work independently but also thrives as part of a supportive team.
- Previous experience in employability, wellbeing, or digital skills training is preferred but not essential.
- Driving licence and access to vehicle is also preferred.

**Ideal for Individuals with Other Commitments**: This role is well-suited for individuals with other part-time work, evening work, or commitments. We regularly work 10-2pm shifts.
