**Main purpose and objective of the role**

Provide passenger ground services at Heathrow Airport for Air China Airline. Appropriate training provided.

**Key responsibilities**
- Transportation of passenger, luggage and cargo
- Agent management
- Complaint handling
- Contract management
- Bill review
- Documents, reports and statistics, and office work

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is preferred, Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Computer literate including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- NVQ level 3 or above or equivalent degree
- Any working experience in customer service in travel industry environment will be preferable
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of customer service practices
- A high degree of organizational skills to cope with a high-demand workload
- Basic administration skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced commercial environment essential

- Air China is responsible for the task of providing special flight services for China’s leaders when they go on foreign trips. It is also responsible for chartering special flights within China for many foreign heads of state and government leaders, thereby demonstrating Air China’s exclusive status as the national flag carrier.
- As of December 31, 2021, Air China (including its subsidiaries) had a total of 746 aircrafts of all types, mainly Boeing and Airbus, with an average age of 8.23 years, operating 672 passenger routes to 151 cities in 25 countries and regions. Our service was further extended to 1,300 destinations in 195 countries (regions) through cooperation with airlines such as Star Alliance Members.
