**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join our friendly, collaborative, and creative Assessment Network team. In this role you will provide efficient, timely administrative, and operational support to our customer queries. Some of your key accountabilities will be, but not limited to, managing the financial administration of the team, reporting on sales performance, and leading on process review and improvement. You will act as first point of contact for all customer enquiries, oversee risk management, and promote and support continuous improvement of operating practices.
You will have oversight of the budget, leading on the production of all financial returns, raising purchase orders and processing invoices for payment.
Your role is vital in ensuring the Network team can function efficiently and help grow our reputation as the experts in assessment professional development training. Your day-to-day duties will have a big impact on our customers, both internal and external.

**About you**
Can you lead on process improvements that make a difference?
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and an eye for attention to detail. With excellent organisational and time management skills, you can work as part of a team or with a high level of autonomy taking pride and ownership in your work. You are flexible, adaptable and enjoy the challenge of problem solving. You have proficient IT skills in the use of Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
This role is ideally suited for those who have worked in a customer service facing role and have experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
