The successful Accounts Payable Officer will be reporting into the FinancialAccountant and will a join a finance team of 7. **Description**

The successful Senior Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:

- Processing invoices accurately and promptly
- Liaising with colleagues for any issue with invoice clearance
- Communicating and Purchasing about issues on price and purchase orders
- Processing 3-way match invoices for payment
- Logging invoices that cannot be cleared for payment
- Chasing staff in all departments to approve outstanding invoices
- Communication with suppliers on outstanding invoices and payments
- Issuing report on logged invoices
- Completing supplier ledger account reconciliations for auditors and Vat requirements
- Check raw material prices on invoices and orders to approved price list
- Logged invoice report for month end

**Profile**

The successful Senior Accounts Payable Officer will:

- Be a confident user of excel
- Have a minimum of 2-3 year's experience in Accounts Payable
- Payroll Experience would be ideal but not essential
- Be a strong communicator both written and verbal
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be a true self starter
- Ideally studying towards AAT
