In this essential role, you will process accounts payable, ensure accuracy in general ledger transactions, and work closely with a dynamic team of accounting professionals. Essential Functions-What You Will Do Process and reconcile accounts payable vendor invoices, payments, and statements using Deltek Vantagepoint ERP and Corpay, ensuring accurate general ledger coding and proper approvals. Maintain and update vendor records and compliance documentation (W-9 forms, discount terms). Process daily cash receipts, deposits, and month-end closings, preparing timely reconciliations and supporting financial reporting activities. Review weekly expense reports for accuracy and compliance in SAP/Concur and process payments promptly. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners. Competencies-What We Are Looking For High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred. 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable with ERP system proficiency (Deltek Vantagepoint or similar platform). Strong background in general ledger accounting, vendor management, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Effective written and verbal communication with a strong customer service orientation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology. Ability to work collaboratively with small teams as well as independently. Physical Requirements Work is mainly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work requiring long periods of sitting. Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers is required. Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen and extensive reading.
