An independent electrical recycling company dedicated to providing public and private organisations with a safe and secure IT disposal solution is looking for a qualified Business Development Executive to join their team in Doncaster.
This role offers an attractive bonus structure which could see potential earnings going up to £35,000 per annum.

**About the Company**
Since 2009 they have become a trusted name among many IT support networks within the public and private sector due to the fact that they can offer a safe and secure, fully environmentally accredited IT disposal service which is flexible enough to cater forany type of e-waste, no matter what the condition or quantity.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Familiarising yourself with all services offered by the company
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department and meeting required targets
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Identifying opportunities for growth - Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that their offerings remain relevant

**Required Skills**:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record
- Good stakeholder Management - Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
- Professional yet affable disposition
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Great networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
- Emboldened by challenges
