**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Senior HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team in a newly created role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a values-led organisation and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant and high-quality HR service.

Reporting to the HR Operations & Technology Manager, you will lead a small team and support the delivery of the core HR functions, with a particular focus on payroll, recruitment processing, and compliance. You will also provide essential support to your manager, using your initiative to drive improvements and ensure operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support a team of HR Coordinators, promoting high standards of performance and wellbeing
- Oversee the delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring absolute accuracy and audit readiness
- Collaborate on recruitment and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment and health & safety standards
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements where necessary
- Provide timely and accurate advice on employment legislation and HR policy

- A good understanding of HR operations and employment law
- Exceptional attention to detailspotting inaccuracies others may overlook
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to support senior colleagues
- High levels of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information
