_Our client is now looking for an Apprentice Youth Worker to join our fast-paced team based in Liverpool Street_

**Location**: Flexible (Work from home, work from Office, work at event location).

**Salary**: £15k pro-rata

**Hours of Work**: 37.5 hours per week

**Youth Work Apprentice Duties**:

- Support planning and coordination of a cohort intervention and its activities which is maintained via Trello.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Schedule and organise meetings/events and maintain an agenda through Microsoft Teams and Google Suite.
- Complete regular check-in calls with beneficiaries via Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
- Provide youth wellbeing support to our beneficiaries on interventions to ensure they are happy, safe and gaining the most out of the interventions both through written and verbal comms.
- Build a professional supportive relationship with our cohort beneficiaries.
- Interview beneficiaries for places in our cohort interventions.
- Onboard beneficiaries into our cohort interventions.
- Create presentations, summaries, and briefing materials through Canva and Google docs.
- Support the onboarding of the volunteers on interventions to ensure excellent communication is achieved. (Workshop Volunteers, Speakers, Mentors)
- Host Cohort physical and virtual events
- Moderate Cohort physical and virtual events
- Support moderation of public events
- Support the delivery of virtual and physical events if you are not the host/moderator you will be expected to take attendance, keep an issue log, and support the team to solve issues.
- Be able to use your initiative and our training materials to troubleshoot and record any issues that arise to ensure events run smoothly (School talks, Cohort evening events, school events, networking events etc.)
- Keep an issues log and support the solving of beneficiary issues on interventions.
- Alongside these duties, you will be working towards gaining a Level 3 Youth Support Worker Qualification through completing your Apprenticeship._
