We've recently secured projects locally working in Wrexham and Chester and are looking for Site Supervisors for both working for approx 6-8 mths on site.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Day to day running of construction site and all relevant activities that take place on site
- The successful operational delivery of Projects on site ensuring safety, product quality, and that projects are completed within the contracted timescales
- This is a key role that carries a lot of responsibility not only in managing a site team and sub-contractors but being the face of the business at all times
- Depending on the size of the project you will either be part of a site team led by a site-based Project Manager or on smaller projects you will lead the site team and report directly to a Contracts Manager
- Management of H&S, daily safe starts, H&S walk rounds, regular tool box talks, PPE management, honest reporting of any incidents / accidents / near misses

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Appropriate qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- The ability to communicate effectively is required in order to manage Customer and stakeholder relationships, in addition to strong planning and organisational skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills including experience in leading site teams, large programmes of work and has the confidence and ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets.
- Commercial awareness is required, with the desire to continuously improve safety and sustainability performance.
- Must consistently demonstrate the highest degree of integrity, ethical conduct and trustworthiness

**Job Title**:Site Supervisor

**Employment Type**: Temporary - 6-8 months, freelance via Hudson Contract

**Location**: Wrexham or Chester

**Working Pattern**:normally Monday - Friday. There may be occasional weekend work

**Salary**:£250-£300 per day (Negotiable dependant on experience)

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: £250.00-£300.00 per day
