**Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including materials handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with Health and Saety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Involement in Team briefings and weekly meetings
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping or receiving process
- Carry out disciplinary and greivence procedures
- Staff planning, hours, overtime andtimeand attendance
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accurate order picking and packing

**Skills required for a Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Strong knowledge of materials handling equipment and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [weight limit]) and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
