The Recruitment Crowd are on the lookout for a talented, driven and passionate individual to support the service as a Senior Support Worker for a Children's Residential Home based in Doncaster.
- Using life skills, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference in a child’s life.
- You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
- Within this leadership role, you will not only ensure the welfare and care of each child but also give guidance and support to all residential workers.
- You will be committed to making a difference, this includes being responsible for staff supervision, leading shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas and making sure that education is supported.
- You will create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times
- The safety and welfare of children is at the very heart of everything we do.
- This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

**Requirements for the opportunity**:

- You must hold your **Level 3** or equivalent Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce..
- You must have **minimum 2 years** experience relevant to the residential care of children.

**Benefits**:

- Ongoing Training to allow you to get your Level 5. This will give you a clear pathway into a management role.

- Receive a £100 bonus for achieving a ‘Good’ Ofsted outcome for the home and a £200 bonus for achieving ‘Outstanding’.
