Office Administrator

This role is responsible for providing general administration support to the management team, maintaining reports, liaising with customers and suppliers as required
- Answering and directing phone calls as required
- Providing Customer Service support, resolving issues and liasing with transport companies to get delivery updates as required
- Assist the RFN administrator processing service requests received by the Redstone Fitting Network and covering for them in their absence
- Confident & Professional Telephone Manner
- Personable and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT Skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience of Sage an advantage.
- Ability to learn in house Customer Database for recording customer contact and processing quotations and orders.
- Excellent time Management & Organisation skills
- Ability to multitask manage own workload in a busy and sometimes challenging environment
- Self-motivated
- Able to be discrete and maintain confidentiality
**Benefits**
37.5 Hours Per Week 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri
25 Working Days Paid Holiday (plus Bank Holidays & Birthday)
