Allsop & Francis supply, install and service high end Miele professional laundry equipment and dishwashers to all kinds of private and commercial clients, we are looking for a well organised and highly motivated individual to join and lead our sales administration team.

As a business we pride ourselves on great customer service, always doing the right thing even when it costs us and always exceeding expectations whilst ensuring our team feel supported and part of the Allsop Family.

The role will involve
- Processing sales orders and working closely with the sales team
- Scheduling our installation team to carry out the installs across the South of the UK
- Liaising with our suppliers and looking after our customers needs
- Managing machine stock
- Overseeing and assisting our sales admin team
- Developing new ideas and helping the company continue to progress and improve
- Producing weekly / monthly performance reports and Excel documents
- Supporting our sales and marketing development and improving our customer service
- Generally supporting the needs of the business and being a great team member and colleague

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We are following all government guidelines in regards to COVID-19 with some staff working from home temporarily. This role requires working from our offices due to having to process deliveries and machines going out for installation.
