The **Senior Presales Consultant** role is a key part in the initial phase of the clients’ lifecycle. The primary focus is on working closely with the Sales team, preparing detailed demonstrations and Proof of Concepts for prospective clients who have complex business requirements. The role allows to accumulate extensive technical and business-related knowledge over a short period of time across all areas of the Dynamo platform and get familiar our client’s business processes. This is a client facing and highly visible position, reporting to the Head of EMEA. The Senior Presales Consultant will have exposure across all areas of the Alternatives ecosystem, including Dynamo’s GP, LP and FOFs solutions.
- Responsibilities:_
- Develop and present demonstrations to prospect clients
- Gather client requirements through qualification calls and workshops
- Prepare Proof of Concepts
- Prepare and manage responses to RFIs and RFPs
- Liaise with the Product Team to address client requirements and contribute to the development pipeline of the product
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, product, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
- Consult clients on best practices of software implementation
- Build close client relationships
- Experience:_
- University degree
- Min 4-5 years’ experience in Presales Consulting, Sales Engineering or Business Analysis role
- Advance presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Understanding of partnership and portfolio accounting
- Knowledge of private capital financial reporting
- Track record in presenting software and technical concepts to senior level executives
- Robust understanding of the Alternative Investments industry and market/strategies
- Ability to engage and influence at all levels within a client's organization by demonstrating solutions’ value
- Experience managing internal and external relationships to ensure alignment for desired outcomes
- Technical aptitude to scope, define needs, and offer customised software and service solutions
- Self-starter, someone able to find solutions to complex problems
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Desire to work in entrepreneurial, fast-pace environment
- Should be available to travel
