GoodOaks are recruiting for a full-time Care Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team. Our Care Coordinators ensure our clients receive quality care, including organising rotas based on clients’ requested call times and carer availability, communicating with staff, clients, families and professionals.

**Care Coordinator responsibilities**:

- Producing weekly rotas
- Daily troubleshooting - Covering staff illnesses or absence, allocating extra calls and cancelling care calls when asked.
- Managing care scheduling
- Ensuing enough capacity to provide continuity of care
- Completing care calls where required
- Communicating with clients and carers
- Keep morale high within your team
- To help the training and induction of new starters
- Help the company grow and take on extra clients
- To allow GoodOaks to provide a continuous and reliable service

**Experience and requirements**:

- Valid driving licence and use of a car (essential)
- Previous care experience either domiciliary or residential (essential)
- Previous experience in coordination/management role (desirable)
- Previous experience with rostering software, and Word, Excel, Outlook
- Organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
