**Customer Service Representative**

As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be the face of our organization to our patients and the community at large. You will be responsible for the care we provide to our patients and the overall quality of service we provide. You will play a direct role in the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service - including but not limited to phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, customer service visits, and patient education.
- Inform customers about fees, plans and other related information.
- Internal customer service activities including but not limited to answering phones, referring calls to appropriate personnel, assisting with patient payments, etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Define customer service goals and strategies for department. (preferred)
- Provide excellent service to all internal/external customers. (required)
- Demonstrate ability to maintain strong professional relationships with employees, clients, and the community in a fast-paced environment. (required)
- Demonstrate ability to maintain organizational skills in handling large amounts of incoming calls and outgoing correspondence. (required)

**Salary + Bonus**

**Salary**_**:_£22,700 + Bonus

**Bonus**:

- Attendance Bonus - £100 and month paid out quarterly (if hit all three months this is boosted by £75, meaning the potential is £375 a quarter, £1500 annually).
- Upselling Bonus - this is earnt by upselling products the commission is uncapped**, average agent earns approximately £150 a month**.

**Working Hours**_**:_
- Rotational Shift Pattern - 2 weeks_
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday - 9am until 5.30pm_
- Week 2 - Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5.00pm_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,700.00 per year
