Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads the development of digital identification and traceability strategy and solutions in circular supply chains.
- Works with Data & Technology Director to ensure that digital identification and traceability is aligned with the organization’s digital and Climate+ strategy.
- Supports the leadership team in activities related to global strategy, tactical actions and financial management in relation to digital identification and traceability.
- Provides expert input to the Technology Team on the end-to-end technical execution of digital identification and traceability, including strategy, planning and execution.
- Leads cross-functional implementations of digital identification and traceability solutions.
- Drives adoption, usage and alignment of digital identification and traceability across functions and programs.
- Gathers business inputs and requirements from cross-functional and external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, technology providers, supply chain stakeholders etc.) and works together with product owners to develop solutions and roadmaps.
- Leads and manages process design, feature and data requirements gathering (including KPIs) and user acceptance tests for digital identification and traceability standards and solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry and regulatory developments, requirements and trends digital identification and traceability strategy and solutions in circular supply chains in general, and specifically for the têxtile and apparel sector.
- Represents and promotes the development, utilization and expansion of digital identification and traceability to both internal and external stakeholders to meet industry and regulatory requirements.
- Manages and synthesizes internal and external feedback metrics to improve solutions and prioritize back log developments.
- Develops, implements, and manage internal and external learning and training.

Job Requirement
- At least 6 years’ experience in supply chain management, traceability, or chain of custody scheme management.
- 3 years’ experience in managing cross-functional teams and/or programs.
- Proven experience in managing industry side programs related to digital identification, traceability and/or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and technology solutions, preferably in the têxtile/apparel sector. Understanding of the sustainability certification is a plus.
- Possess ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence and trust from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and change manage cultural and regional requirements in the context of a global program.
- Big picture orientation with the ability to deliver at tactical programs and solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a reputable university in relevant discipline.
- Excellent analytical skills - able to break down complex problems to implementable solutions with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) skills, including communicating technical issues and complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
