Your Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including at-risk clients.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments.
- Deliver solution-focused counselling.
- Implement safeguarding protocols.
- Continuously develop your skills through regular CPD.

What We’re Looking For:

- Level 4 qualification in Counselling.
- At least 150 supervised counselling hours.
- Minimum of 12 months' experience.
- Comfortable providing support over the phone.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
