- Learn Property_ is a growing property education brand, providing comprehensive courses and resources for beginners and advanced investors alike. With a joint following of 50,000 across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, our directors are dedicated to helping others learn the ins and outs of real estate. We’re looking for a skilled Content Creator to drive our social media presence, help grow our community, and boost engagement with impactful, high-quality content.

**Role Overview**:
The Content Creator will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing a content strategy across social media platforms to increase engagement, build our brand, and drive sales. You will track trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, create viral content, and work closely with our directors to maintain a cohesive brand image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and track current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to create compelling, timely content.
- Develop a content calendar and strategic plan that aligns with _Learn Property’s_ brand and the directors’ social media goals.
- Create a variety of content formats, including short-form video (Reels, TikTok), stories, and long-form content, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with both directors on content concepts and brand-aligned messaging.
- Monitor engagement metrics and audience feedback to refine content strategies.
- Use your expertise in social media branding and planning to support the directors’ personal brands and engage our community.
- Drive sales through engaging content with a focus on storytelling, brand authenticity, and community-building.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, ideally within education, real estate, or lifestyle brands.
- Expert understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to identify and leverage social media trends to create viral content.
- Strong sense of brand storytelling and visual identity.
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to create content that converts.
- Excellent organization and planning skills for managing content schedules and tracking performance metrics.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: From £19,548.00 per year
