Bone Daddies Group is the daddy of a small group of Japanese inspired restaurants, all with a slightly western tweak. We have the rocking ramen bars - Bone Daddies, Flesh and Buns - A modern Japanese feasting experience, unapologetically dripping with hedonism and delight. Then we have Shack Fuyu. Inspired by Japanese Yoshoku food, the Western-influenced cooking style popular in Japan. Serving up the famous “best pudding in London” Kinako French Toast in the heart of Soho.

We are looking for a highly creative individual to join us as our **Communications & Content Creator **to** **drive high-quality, interactive content across our social and digital platforms. Together with the wider marketing crew, you will develop and implement our content strategy through photo, video and copywriting across our channels.

As a communications & content creator, you will primarily be responsible for creating content across various online channels. The forms of content you will create range from vertical, landscape, video lifestyle and written. After being immersed with the brand cultures and a thorough understanding of the brand standards, you will play a key role in creating visual and written content for Bone Daddies Group.

**About the Role**:

- You will support the content strategy across all channels, that help build awareness for the brands, attract the attention of different audiences and drive revenue.
- You will be participating in the end-to-end production and distribution of photography and videography across channels - mainly Instagram and Tik-Tok.
- You will work with the head of marketing, and marketing manager on video across both paid & organic social media strategies.
- Use your creativity to develop fun, interesting and engaging photo, video and copy content, relevant to our followers and the platforms we are reaching them on.
- Proactively support all elements of live & filmed videography across both properties.
- Develop your expertise via a test and learn approach of what types of content drive core KPIs across each of our social media Channels - Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, & Twitter.
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new collaborations, ad campaigns, recruitment drives and other brand messages.
- Communicate regularly with key internal stakeholders.
- Monitor key industry and technological developments & competitor activity within the social media landscape, reporting relevant news to the wider team.
- Communicate issues, opportunities and insights to various areas of the business as necessary.
- Track progress regularly through data & results from various reporting platforms.
- Is willing to go the extra mile to achieving that perfect shot.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively prioritise workloads & remain calm in pressurised circumstances. Agility in a fast-paced environment is key.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High degree of computer literacy.
- Experience using photography and videography editing tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and others.
- Ability to build light sets, operate cameras, use audio equipment, and manage all physical elements of creating photography and videography.
- Proven record of engaging content across still images and video/vertical content.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
