Due to expansion and a new influx of children, an open vacancy has come available for a Key Stage 1 SEN Teaching Assistant at a “Good” two form entry primary school in central Salford. The school are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work within theirsmall specialist class that is made up of 10 pupils in Key Stage 1who have speech, language and communication difficulties.

This position will be working alongside a class teacher and two other qualified teaching assistants, where you will be breaking down set classwork into manageable sections and constantly making sure pupils fully understand the task in hand. The school havehighlighted that due to these pupils requirements, they are seeking an individual who can constantly encourage and motivate them, meaning you must have an upbeat and nurturing approach.
