**Front of House Receptionist**
Hay & Kilner are a full-service law firm based in the heart of Newcastle city centre and we are currently expanding our team.
Hay & Kilner provides a comprehensive service across an extensive range of practice areas, which covers all our client’s legal requirements.
This position is a full-time role, business hours from Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
Prior experience of working within a front desk/reception area is preferable
**Successful applicants will be responsible for**:
- Meeting and welcoming all clients and visitors whilst providing first class customer care
- Having direct contact with the firm’s clients both in person and by telephone
- Making appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining diaries
- Setting up virtual meetings with the assistance of our IT department
- Organising refreshments and lunches
- Ensuring the reception area is always well presented and tidy
- Supporting and assisting fee earners as far as possible
- Taking deliveries and directing them efficiently
- Booking travel for fee earners and possibly clients where required
- Various administrative tasks
- Confident
- Extremely professional and well presented
- Enthusiastic
- Very well organised
- Able to work independently and using their own initiative
- Able to prioritise work loads
- A great communicator
- Sensitive to clients’ needs/be able to demonstrate empathy when required

Salary range for this role is £18,500 to £20,000
