From a community bus programme to music or art programmes our mission is supporting people who are living well with dementia. The Programme Coordinator will engage in a range of essential programmes in support of our mission.

Supporting, monitoring, and evaluation grant projects and programmes, including reporting and updating funders and trustees, as needed. Working closely with the CEO, this role is designed as be part of a growing team with room to expand their talents and creativity.

Updating Daybreak's website and social media regarding projects and programmes.

Provide practical support for the managers to ensure projects and programmes are completed

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
