The Graduate Programme Coordinator has overall responsibility for recruiting university students into various entry-level roles at Aurora. Working in the central HR function, the individual will build, and deliver attraction, selection, and recruitment strategies for graduate hiring, including managing marketing campaigns, campus events, university relationships, and attending relevant graduate attraction events.

A key responsibility is to work collaboratively with the Graduate Programme business sponsor and central HR to roll-out the Graduate Programme across EMEA and ultimately, globally. You will also implement and manage the end-to-end operational activities of the Graduate Programme. You will thrive on juggling a variety of tasks and working at pace in a very busy and growing HR team. We are a close-knit, fun bunch and are hugely supportive of each other. **Key responsibilities**

**Planning and strategy**
- Working with HR and the Graduate committee to agree on the annual graduate recruitment hiring plans, and timelines
- Keeps abreast of workplace trends and offers thought leadership to ensure that Aurora remains at the forefront of recruitment best practices

**Brand**
- Works with Marketing and the Graduate committee to agree on the university attraction, brand, and communication strategy that positions Aurora as a leading employer of choice for students
- Organisation of, and attendance at, virtual and in-person events throughout the year including careers fairs, webinars, and Aurora insights days

**Selection**
- Overall responsibility for the quality of the Graduate selection process to ensure the selection process is efficient objective, and inclusive
- Manages graduate onboarding

**Graduate Programme Management**
- Main point of contact for all queries regarding the Graduate programmes
- Ensures that global programmes are appropriately supported to share development opportunities and ensure the most effective delivery of the Graduate Programme
- Working with the Graduate committee to create timelines, track cohorts, Graduate appraisals, and training, IrisHR data management, globally
- Coordinating the end of rotation and end of programme requirements
- Coordinating the end to end graduate lifecycle and being the graduate liaison with the rest of the company
- Evaluating and reporting on all graduate recruitment and programme activities globally including ROI, pipelines, and headcount

**Required attributes**
- A Level equivalent or above and/or 1-2 years proven experience managing volume entry-level recruitment, ideally within the professional services sector.
- Experience in building and overseeing distinctive and successful marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent
- Proven experience in building strong university relationships in the UK and internationally
- Expertise in best practice assessment and selection for early careers
- Curious and passionate about innovation. Not afraid to experiment and learn from mistakes
- Gravitas with the ability to build credibility, and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- A natural collaborator with strong business acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- High levels of attention to detail and commitment to excellence
