**SALARY**: **PPS1, £18,333 PER ANNUM (PRO RATA AMOUNT TBC PER ANNUM)**

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Catering Assistant to support the Academy’s catering provision for students and staff in the main kitchen, to support buffet catering for visitors and events and to serve within the main academy.

The position will be working 5 days per week between Monday to Friday for 39 working weeks per year (term-time and training days included). Hours are negotiable -to be agreed. The position involves a range of duties to include; basic food preparation, serving children and staff, cleaning the area after service. Within this role there is a need to work closely as a team as well as periods of working independently.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable however, we welcome all applicants with an interest in this area of work and in becoming part of our friendly team, which prides itself on a happy and efficient environment.
