**Job Title**:Delivery Lead (Data)
**Salary**:£50,000 - £70,000 DOE
**Location**: Remote (Visits to HQ Southampton, London, Toronto)

At Alliants you will facilitate global brands in making technical decisions aiming to build tomorrow’s business intelligence and IT solutions. Lead technical development, testing, design, deployment, along with definition and maintenance of Data Architectures. Lead presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, develop proofs of concept, and pilots to meet large-scale data platform implementation.

Primary responsibilities_*
To define the project approach, deliver technical solutions and manage the project team accordingly; including but not limited to:

- Setting standards & architecture functions to design and deliver solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
- Creating effective, comprehensive SOWs, managing budgets and coordinating effective internal and external reporting
- Capacity planning and resource management
- Maintaining strong lines of communication with both internal and external stakeholders with both technical and non-technical experience.
- Escalating and managing issues, including Change Requests, in a timely manner
- Define, develop and maintain data insight reports inline with our clients' business requirements
- Oversee the development of data set processes (data pipelining, transformation and manipulation) by using programming language and tools (python, R, data factory etc.)
- Architect sophisticated scalable analytics programs, such as a data reporting solution built within a cloud environment

Knowledge of:

- Designing data solutions in a cloud environment (Azure/AWS)
- Data analysis
- BI Tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker)
- Third-Party Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
- ETL tools (e.g. Fivetran, Data Factory, AWS Glue) to extract and store data.
- JIRA

Commercial experience_*
Demonstrable experience of:

- Performing a leadership role within a technical environment
- Optimising revenues and profitability from the client account via effective resource management and other activities.
- Resource management
- Project planning, tracking and reporting
- Writing comprehensive SOWs
- Budget management
