**Job Title**: Internal Sales Administrator
**Reports to**: Internal Sales Supervisor
**Purpose**
A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced individual to join a thriving and continuously growing company as an Internal Sales Administrator.
Your primary responsibility would be providing administrative and sales assistance to a team of 7 Sales Executives while supporting the Internal Sales team. You will work with five other team members in a dynamic office environment and report directly to the Internal Sales Supervisor.
**Job Role**
The Internal Sales Administrator is an essential role that ensures seamless sales operations by providing administrative support to the sales team. The job entails managing sales-related documentation, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate sales records. Exceptional customer service is necessary for the Internal Sales Administrator, as they handle customer inquiries, orders and provide assistance. Additionally, the role requires generating sales reports, monitoring stock levels, and working on sales-related projects as needed.
**The Package**
- Salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
- 37 Hour working week.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
**You**
As an Internal Sales Administrator, your essential duties and responsibilities will be;
- Manage customer orders in NetSuite, coordinate with departments for timely fulfilment, and update customers on their status.
- Assisting in preparing sales documents such as quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate, properly formatted, and comply with policies and legal requirements. Collaborating with the sales team to customise them for specific customers and opportunities.
- Manage customer information in NetSuite, including entering new leads/customers, updating contact details, recording sales activities, ensuring data accuracy, and analysing sales data for insights.
- Create sales reports and analytics to track metrics, measure performance, and support decision-making for management and sales teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and identifying upselling opportunities to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Collaborating with the purchasing and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, coordinate product availability, and ensure timely order fulfilment. Communicating updates to the sales team and proactively addressing stock-related issues or delays.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team, such as organising and maintaining sales files and documentation, coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense reports, and assisting with sales-related projects or initiatives.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to enhance sales operations, streamline workflows, increase productivity and stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to contribute to the sales team's success through our “Marginal Gains” initiative.
