**Field Service Engineer**

**Location: Worldwide**

**Head Office: Bedford**

**£25,000 - £33,000 with realistic OTE of £45,000 - £55,000. 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension scheme, healthcare, phone, relocation package and paid training.**

**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Attend customers sites to perform specific duties - Installations, upgrades and inspection work.
- Work with customers to establish issues and resolve them.
- Increase customer service levels.
- Ensure relevant reports are produced and submitted on time.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- A strong field
- based customer support background.
- Good level of multi engineer skills (Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrics and Mechanics)
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English and other languages would be advantageous.
- Have a good understanding of PLC systems. Siemens is a benefit.
- An understanding of basic mechanical/electrical engineering principles.
- Team player with the ability to work alone and in a team.
- Good levels of communication in high pressure environments.
