**Assistant SENCO - Secondary School in North London**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Assistant SENCO** to join a thriving secondary school in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a school that is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for students with special educational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the SENCO in coordinating and delivering high-quality provision for students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- Support the identification and assessment of students' needs, ensuring that appropriate interventions and strategies are implemented.
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and outside agencies to develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Lead small group or one-to-one interventions for students with SEND.
- Monitor and track the progress of students with SEND, ensuring that progress is regularly reviewed and reported.
- Promote an inclusive school culture and support staff in differentiating the curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
- Assist with the management and development of the SEND resources within the school.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience working with students with special educational needs, ideally in a secondary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and parents.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A positive attitude towards professional development and a desire to grow in the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
