**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**

Hiring across the investment banking account.

**Responsibilities also include**:

- Taking full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
- Leading vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers
- this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process
- Creating and maintaining trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met

**What do I need to succeed in this role?**

**Must Haves**:

- Experience of hiring within Investment Banking
- Experience of hiring into Poland / managing relationships with Hiring Managers in Poland
- Experience of recruiting across central functions & ops (compliance, audit, legal, risk, finance, ops, HR)
- Experience of sourcing and creating talent pools for future hiring
- Experience of implementing business justifications for specialist offers
- Great stakeholder management skills

**Who will I be working with?**

You’ll work in a Resource Augmentation/Staff Organisation Solution, this means your day-to-day recruitment point of contact will be the client stakeholder whilst your annual leave, performance reviews and management of sickness will be done buy your AMS client services manager.

You’ll work alongside other Recruiters and Hiring Managers working onsite as well as our specialist sourcing team who will be placed onsite or in our AMS Belfast Office.

Stage 5: Depending on the role, a successful interview will either result in **an offer** **or** **a second video interview** with a stakeholder from the client or team.

Stage 6: If you’re invited for a second video interview, you’ll receive a call with feedback from our team, and **an offer** if successful.
