The Role

, we are gearing up for a peak hiring season and are looking for a motivated and dynamic Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in our London office, focused on driving high-volume entry-level sales recruitment across London and the US to meet our critical business goals. You will be a hands-on recruiter responsible for end-to-end sourcing and screening, playing a vital role in expanding our sales force.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working flexible hours to support US hiring goals and will be immediately available to start.

Key Responsibilities
You will support accelerating hiring for our entry-level Sales team and other key business positions, successfully delivering on ambitious hiring targets during this critical growth period.

  • Pipeline Generation & Headhunting: Proactive headhunting and engaging top-tier entry-level sales talent. You will utilize creative sourcing techniques across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Bright Network.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct high-volume, initial phone screens to efficiently assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit, ensuring quality shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Global Support & Flexibility: Work flexible hours to effectively support our US hiring processes, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones to drive successful North American recruitment outcomes.
  • Process Ownership: Maintain meticulous records and ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System, UKG, managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates and market insights to the London-based TA Lead and hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing a demanding and fast-paced recruitment cycle.

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within an in-house setting, managing high-volume campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive outreach.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to effectively support the US hiring lifecycle.
  • Previous experience hiring for sales roles across London and the US preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using UKG as an ATS is desirable but not required.
