An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Colleague Experience and Social Impact Coordinator to join the People and Corporate Services Team on a permanent basis.

Your role will report into the Wellbeing, Safeguarding and Social Impact Lead, and will be key to enabling the team to achieve its objectives.
You will be an experienced coordinator who will support the wider team to deliver our vision to be an employer of choice. You'll be keen to learn, a team player, customer-driven, passionate about what you do, have a keen eye for detail, and will act as a 'first point of contact' for the team.

Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the Colleague Experience and Social Impact Team for the wider business, Network Co-Chairs and Network members
Management of end-to-end booking system for training and other wellbeing and inclusion programmes and events
Collation of colleague experience and social impact data derived from the evaluation of all team activity
Proactive and engaging communication of wellbeing and inclusion events across relevant internal channels
Provision of high-quality coordination support to the team in support of day-to-day activities including diary management, coordination of meetings (creating agendas, papers, minutes and action logs), review and update of team processes and policies
Collating and tracking of budgeting and procurement activities
