The Company has consistently recognised the importance of Marketing and its contribution to business success. The Marketing department now requires additional support in the form of a Marketing Assistant to help it achieve its goals.

**Job Overview**
Your responsibilities as Marketing Assistant will include organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be crucial for the continued smooth operation of the Marketing department and for achieving its targets, as well as for Totalkare’s long-term growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Support the Marketing Manager and team of Marketing Executives in the planning and delivery of various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyse resulting data to provide insight that informs future marketing strategy.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the planning and delivery of promotional events (such as Totalkare’s participation in industry exhibitions) and traditional or digital campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
- Compose and post online content on the Company’s website and social media accounts.
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to strengthen Totalkare’s presence in the market.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

**Requirements and skills**
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with good time management skills
- Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- You should hold a Marketing or Business degree or CIM Professional Marketing Qualification (level 4 minimum)
