Reporting directly into the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and growth across the Aftermarket division of the business. Working closely with the Aftermarket Sales Director, you'll be overseeing the management of accountsof existing customers and proactively seeking new client sales opportunities. As the Sales Manager, you'll be forecasting, building and managing pipeline as well as having responsibility for managing the Aftermarket sales team in order to meet set sales targets
- approx 10-15 people in total.

**As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Managing the full sales cycle identifying target markets and securing new business
- Leading a team of Sales Executives/Managers and a sales administration team within the Aftermarket division
- Assisting in the setting of sales targets for the Aftermarket sales team
- Ensuring sales targets are met, effectively managing the team and providing coaching and mentoring where needed
- Developing, building and maintaining an appropriate level of enquiries and new business opportunities within the Aftermarket division
- Providing accurate forecasting information to the Sales Director as and when required
- Maintaining existing customer accounts within the Aftermarket division, extending existing customer sales where possible
- Meeting personal sales targets
- Maintaining records of activity and client interaction on the company CRM system
- Liaising/utilising internal marketing resources, including promotional activities in order to support new business development plans
- Liaising with technical teams to enable bespoke products are built to meet customer demand
- Preparing and delivering confident customer presentations/demonstrations of the product range across a range of business sectors
**You will need the below to succeed as the Sales Manager**:

- Track record of achieving personal sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, lead generation and new business
- Excellent communication skills including confident presentation skills, product demonstrations, a professional telephone manner and seasoned influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience of successfully leading a team including people management experience, such as 1:1’s, team meetings etc.
- Ability to ask tough questions to stress-test opportunities
- Ability to effectively coach the sales team in scoping and conversion of sales
- Demonstrable experience of building relationships and rapport at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Resilient, tenacious and passionate, self-motivated and results driven
- Organised, reliable and thorough
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability/willingness for international travel as and when required
