**JOB TITLE**: Receptionist and Administration Assistant
**JOB TYPE**: Permanent
**SALARY**: £21,840
**HOURS**: 8am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am - 4:30pm
**LOCATION**: Gillingham

This international business is looking for a confident receptionist who takes pride in their communication skills and will make this reception area their own
Having met the existing team, we found them to be incredibly friendly and welcoming - they would love to recruit someone who is like minded.
You will have the opportunity to use your verbal skills, being the first point of contact as well as your administration skills to support various departments including HR and Finance.
Taking calls, messages and transferring to the correct team, making travel arrangements for colleagues, booking meeting rooms, ordering office supplies and dealing with post and stationery all form part of this role.
As an independent worker you will oversee the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times. Multi-tasking and being organised are your top skills
