Hi, I', currently looking for 2 Skilled Labourer's for my client in Leeds.

**Rate - £13.50ph+ Depending on Experience**

**Hours - 40hrs a week, 8AM - 4:30PM + Overtime**

**Drivers License Required - Less than 6 points**

**General Overview**:
temporary (12 weeks) - permanent role

**To provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site. Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project.**:
**Impact**:

- Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:

- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Basic Painting and Decorating
- Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:

- Compliance with specification
- Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
- Maintain and care for all company tools
- To use appropriate safety equipment
- To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
- Material co-ordination
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
- Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times

**Complexity**:

- To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
- To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate
- Load and unload deliveries
- Any other reasonable management request

**Qualifications or Required Experience**:

- Previous trades experience
- Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
- Understanding of local government
- Experience of Partnership arrangements
- Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
- Self motivated
- Enthusiastic
- Flexible & adaptable
- Good communicator
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- Well presented
- Reliable
- Professional attitude and approach to work
