Customer Success Associate

**The Customer Success Associate will work as part of a small team and be responsible for: - ** - Providing world leading software training courses to clients in person and on-line (Full training provided) this will involve travelling abroad on occasion to Europe in order to provide the training. - Producing training support materials and updating when required - Assisting with the co-ordination of complex diary schedules, travel itineraries and expenses for the department - Update monthly training reports for the management team using Excel - Build excellent working relationships with clients providing a first class service - Carry out all related administration including checking and inputting of quotations on the system **Requirements for the Customer Success Associate role: - ** - A confident, outgoing and approachable personality - Natural communication skills at all levels both verbally and in writing - Enjoys teaching others and takes pride in the quality of work produced - Knows how to take complicated concepts and explain them in simple terms - Enjoys statistics, analysis and data and has strong analytical and problem solving skills - Knowledge of Word and Excel and an interest in "numbers" is essential - Able to work to deadlines in a methodical way - Be confident to travel alone in the UK and Europe and have a valid UK passport - Car driver owner is preferred - Experience within the market research industry is preferred - Basic understanding of the German language is preferred In return for your hard work, our client offers a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, opportunities to travel abroad, pension scheme, 23 days holiday which rises with service, on-site car parking facilities and the opportunity of hybrid working. The hours for this role are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
