**Description**:
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a fantastic business based in South Belfast who are seeking to add an experienced accounts payable specialist to their busy finance team. This role will assist the wider finance team in ensuring the smooth & accurate running of the business's accounts payable function.

Our client have had significant success across Ireland & the UK, and are in the process of expanding their finance their finance team to support this growth & success. This role will work closely with the company's accounts payable team & will be considered a team senior position.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing & maintaining the company's accounts payable function.
- Reconciling supplier statements to accounts.
- Ensuring all documents are processed on time, fully completed for month end close & that company policy is adhered to.
- Liaising with the internal finance team & external customers to resolve queries.
- Assisting with the close down of the purchase ledger at month end.

This is a pivotal position within the company's AP team & therefore our client are looking for a positive & proactive individual who has strong experience within accounts payable. Specific criteria includes:

- 3+ years in a busy accounts payable focused job.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- IT literate, specifically across Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous use/knowledge of finance systems/programmes would be desirable.
