We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team within Vistry Housebuilding South East, at our Caterham office in Surrey. As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for logging any defects on our Dynamics based database. Liaising with contractors, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. You will be working in a close and supportive team who are focused on providing the best possible service to our customers.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

Desirable
- 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Co-ordinator for a Residential Housebuilder
- Previous Experience of a Microsoft Dynamics Database

**Customer Service Coordinator role **
- Keep purchaser’s plot file information, all defects reported and subcontractor action, up to date.
- Keep purchasers, Customer Service Manager, and Subcontractors up to date at all times as appropriate.
- Issue instructions to Sub-contractors.
- An awareness and recording of cost spending
- Follow up all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works wherever possible are completed within a 28-day period.
- Work directly with Customer Service Manager to assist management of large-scale works.
- Assist with any other admin duties, required by Customer Service Managers or Director
- Material ordering and monitoring
- An awareness and understanding of Health & Safety
