**JobPurpose**

To provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative support to the human resources department.Maintaining a positive and friendly company image to both internal and external stakeholders.Furthermore, safeguard the Company’s long-term strengthand growth, whilst working smartly and caringforyourteams.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Daily maintenance of HRIS systems: entering new employees, updating employee information, and leavers
- Prepare and issue correspondence including offer letters, contracts,promotions and leavers letters
- Respond to internal and external HR related queries, providing assistance or redirecting relevant correspondnce to the appropriate person
- Support the administrative end to end recruitment process including advertising job roles internally and externally, scheduling panels and interviews, attending interviews when required, performing background checks, issuing employment contracts and generalHR administration associated with recruitment
- Organise and maintain employee personnel files and maintain accurate personnel records
- Daily maintenance of company training matrix,including sourcing training providers, scheduling of training, issuing of confirmation, updating HRIS to recognise absence from business
- Assist in the management of Company benefits, such as private medical insurance and cycle to work scheme
- Maintain probationary reviews, issue forms and follow up on a timely basis
- Support in the creation,distribution and analysis of any employee surveys

**EssentialSkills/Qualifications**
- Level3 Certificate in Human Resource Management / Foundation Certificate in People Practice(minimum)
- Previous experience in human resources
- Excellent organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deal with changing priorities
