**The Role**
The Essex Alcohol Recovery Community is seeking an experienced practitioner to undertake a Recovery Practitioner role within Essex. You will have a base within one area of Essex ( COLCHESTER ) but will be expected to support and cover for other areas inthe County as required. This job is spread across multiple sites and is contingent on the individual being able to easily travel between them.
The organisation are looking for an individual who has experience of working within the substance misuse sector or health care profession to fulfil a range of tasks from case management to group work. You will need to be passionate about recovery and workwith clients to support, motivate and manage them to access a wide variety of services. You must have good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to use you own initiative when required and to manage your time independently.
