**Graduate Events Executive - German / English Speaker**

**Large Scale B2B Conferences & Exhibitions**

**London Office, hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home**

**Base salary up to £30,000 + Benefits**

We’re hiring an English and German speaking early career graduate to join the events team of an established global B2B media and events company as an Events Executive.

**What Will You Be Doing?**

This early career Events Executive position is perfect for an English and German Speaking Graduate that has office-based work experience and is looking to develop a career in business events. Within this role, you will be responsible for confirming seniorprofessionals to attend the event and identifying and securing exciting Start-up companies to exhibit on-site at the event. You will be tasked with:

- Identifying, connecting with, and securing relevant start-up companies to join the event as an exhibitor.
- Identifying and making contact with senior business leaders to invite them to attend events as a VIP.
- You will benefit from being given lots of information to work from and also have the opportunity to directly source organisations & professionals you feel would benefit from exhibiting / attending the event.
- There will be data and business lead’s available for you to action and this role would suit a confident communicator and an inquisitive person who uses their initiative and can successfully collaborate with the other internal teams such as; sales, marketing& production.

**Who Are You?**

To be considered for this position you will be:

- A graduate with a good degree (2:1/1st)
- Fluent in English and German languages
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- A collaborative and positive team player
- Have creative and innovative business ideas
- As you will be working on big events you need resilience, commitment, motivation and determination to achieve your goals
- A self starter that can create and maximise opportunities
- Be capable of working to deadlines and targets in a busy environment
- Mature with a professional approach to business and able to manage the responsibilities this role requires.
