**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- Creation of external customer pricing based on criteria set by Commercial Manager
- Maintenance and uploading of pricing to internal ERP system and issuing to internal teams
- Audit of all pricing across territories and channels
- Support Operations and Commercial team in the Sales forecasting process
- Work with the sales team to understand forecasting trends and report accordingly with operations
- Maintenance and update of reporting suite, including Sales Cube and Power Bi
- Support the setup of consumer sales reporting process
- Global commercial inventory and sales analysis along with discontinued and aged inventory analysis and costings
- Development (in conjunction with product management), follow up, review of progress of all pricing deals and contracts provided to the sales team
- Monitor performance of all sales channels and report on to appropriate staff and Commercial Manager
- Provision of data analysis tools and reports to the sales teams
- Run monthly performance reviews - circulate to relevant sales team(s) and Commercial Manager
- Assist in the recording of, and review response to monthly performance reviews showing progress against targets, and commitments (from company and employees)
- Creation of a data base / filing system which holds all passwords.

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- A strong forecasting background
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and on own initiative.
- Be highly analytical with Advanced Excel (Sales Cube), MS Office
- Power BI experience desirable
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
