Role: Sales Executive Location: Abingdon **Salary**: £20,000 basic + £35k OTE Monday - Saturday Every other Sunday off (with a day off in the week) Our client is currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team in Abingdon. You will be responsible for, and selling the full range of new and used motorcycles and their products to new and existing customers. Potential customers might be as passionate about bikes as you. But they still want to be inspired by a great experience from an enthusiast they trust. You'll make sure that each customer feels they're a one-off by understanding exactly where bikes fit intotheir lifestyle. From building a database of customers through to attending events and fielding phone calls, you'll aim for total customer satisfaction. It's about giving a great experience as well as recommending exactly the bike they need. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Sales Executive position involves: - Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a "customer focused" attitude. - Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database. - Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training. - Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals. - Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work. We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: - Customer awareness. - Negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. - Full UK Driving/Motorcycle Licence.
