About the practice
With 5 offices across the UK and over 50 years' experience establishing themselves as one of the best architectural practices in the UK and are highly ranked in the AJ top 100. After a record-breaking last couple of years and the company almost doubling insize, they're now looking to complement their Leicester team with several new strategic hires, one of which being a new Layout Designer.
Working on a range of residential projects from smaller plots around the 10 unit mark, all the way up to a couple hundred. AutoCAD experience is essential, Revit would be highly advantageous as all their projects are done using BIM. We are looking for an individualwho can work independently as well as within a team, probably someone with 3 years plus experience.

What they want from the successful Layout Designer?
- Relevant Architectural degree
- A solid background in AutoCAD and preferably Revit to BIM level 2
- The ability to successfully deliver projects independently or nearing this stage
- Experience working on a range of projects at one time
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, personable, and passionate about Architecture
