Supply Planning and Reporting Consultant

Location: Maple Cross

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday

Job Purpose
- Support the Supply Planning process from preparation of factory order through to importation of vehicles.
- Work closely with the Supply Planning Manager throughout the monthly production cycle including factory ordering, modification, codification and matching.
- Production of the monthly guide and information to the UK import centre.
- Co-ordinate and publish daily, weekly and monthly quantative and qualitative reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete accurate, regular and timely ordering of vehicles in line with UK specification and requirements.
- Provide support and cover to the systems and codification manager through central systems.
- Co-ordinate the flow of data relating to factory availability to all members of the department.
- Liaise with key stakeholders within the product and the commercial teams.
- Provide assistance and direction to our importer partners in Malta and Cyprus.
- Co-ordinate daily weekly and monthly reporting and analysis including recommendations.
- Represent the department in ongoing systems development and projects.
- Ability to analyse and summarise large volumes of data to a varied audience in a clear and concise way
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management
- Communication at all levels
- Intermediate to excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel suite.
- Sound knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics preferable
- Knowledge of the Motor Industry preferable
