**The Job**
You'll be kept busy, supporting students within either 1-2-1 or in a classroom environment. You will be focused and dedicated; working intensively to offer support to enable them to manage their emotions and engage with their classes. You'll take initiative,be resilient, and your drive will be to achieve and progress with the student(s). You'll work on learning activities, promote confidence, and encourage students to act independently to succeed.
**You'll Be...**
- An experienced teaching assistant or learning support, familiar with young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other disabilities and needs.
- Experienced working with children with mental health needs. A minimum of at least 6 months prior experience; evident through referencing.
- Comfortable working either on a 1-2-1 or classroom group basis.
- Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills.
- Promote happiness, self-reliance, and encourage positive interactions.
