We are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our expanding People team and work alongside the Senior Talent and Resourcing Manager to attract the highest calibre of talent to St Austell Family Group.

This role will see the successful applicant use their skills and work in partnership with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service across two breweries, six distribution sites, thirty-nine managed pubs, and our field-based teams. You must be confident and able to work with a variety of people as you recruit for a wide range of roles from pub General Managers to HGV drivers and roles in finance and sales. This is a newly created role, within a new team, who are also responsible for developing apprenticeship and graduate schemes and talent mapping the existing employees across the family group.

This is a varied role and in the current climate can at times be challenging; we need someone who is passionate about our brand and ambitious when it comes to inspiring growth and development within their area of recruitment. You will also be a team player; happy to provide support across the team and have experience of embedding processes that enhance the recruitment experience for both the applicant and the hiring manager.

**About You**
- Must have experience working within recruitment, ideally in-house or managed service.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Passionate about people and driven to deliver an exceptional service.
- A strong understanding of social media and SEO.
- The ability to work on your own but also collaborate with a variety of teams.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to problem solve and use own initiative.
- An understanding of using data to report to identify change.
- Previous recruitment experience of working within hospitality desirable.
- Experience of project management advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
